MediCircle Ltd have a great opportunity for a Homecare Nurse to work with our client based in Ballymena. The job specification will involve the successful candidate to assess, plan, oversee the implementation of care and evaluate care to the highest professional standards for service users within the care home. You will work with the Care Home team to ensure continued person-centred care & enhancing
the quality of life for patients. You will undertake review assessments & update patient care plans as & when needed & in line with company policies.

Essential Criteria:

• RGN qualification
• Valid NMC pin
• Minimum 6 months experience within a care home environment
• Evidence of continuous professional development
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills

Location – Ballymena
